Jonathan C. Ginsberg
Jonathan Ginsberg is a native of Atlanta who attended Morningside Elementary School, Epstein School
and Northside High School. Ginsberg is an honors graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. A history major, he wrote an honor's thesis on the decline of the British Mandate in Palestine
prior to World War II, and was awarded the University's Montgomery History Prize.
After graduation, Ginsberg traveled throughout Europe and the Middle East before returning to begin
Law School. Ginsberg remained in New Orleans and studied at the Tulane University Law School, before returning home to Atlanta to begin his legal career in 1986. Following graduation, he worked as
an associate in the Atlanta law firm Repasky, Minin & Bates, handling auto accident and workers' compensation injury cases. In 1987, Ginsberg founded Galler & Ginsberg, P.C., where he expanded his
practice to include consumer bankruptcy and Social Security disability.
In 1997, he formed Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C., where he continues to practice in the areas of litigated and collaborative divorce, consumer
bankruptcy, Social Security disability, auto accident negligence and worker's compensation. Ginsberg is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the
Atlanta Bar Association, the Consumer Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar, and a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social
Security Claimant's Representatives. He has lectured at several continuing education seminars and has written case notes for a consumer
bankruptcy publication. Jonathan’s wife, attorney Jodi Brenner Ginsberg, is also a member of the firm and practices in the areas of workers' compensation and Social Security disability.
