Bernd G. Stittleburg

Bernd Stittleburg was born in Nurnberg, Germany and immigrated to the United States in 1955. Mr. Stittleburg spent his formative years in Rockford, Illinois where he attended Rock Valley Community College. He then worked in the mechanical engineering field for a number of years. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with an Associates of Science in Business Administration degree, he moved to Sturbridge, Massachusetts. While in New England, he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Clark University in 1987.

In 1993, Stittleburg completed post graduate work in paralegal studies where he received the West Publishing Merit Award for outstanding scholastic performance. He began his legal career in the consumer bankruptcy field with Berliner Law Offices in Springfield, Massachusetts. In 1995 he continued his legal career when he began working for Galler and Ginsberg P.C. Continuing his relationship with Jonathan C. Ginsberg, Stittleburg joined Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C. in October of 1997 where he is currently managing the consumer bankruptcy department and representing clients in both traditional contested divorce as well as collaborative divorce.

Stittleburg graduated with honors from John Marshall Law School and was a staff member on John Marshall’s inaugural law review publication entitled “The John Marshall Journal of Law and Ethnic Relations.” He has successfully completed training at the Collaborative Law Center of Atlanta, and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Consumer Section of the State Bar and the Elder Law Section of the State Bar.
